Stocks to Watch: AbbVie, Allergan, FedEx, Tesla, FactSet Research Systems, Kellogg, Lennar

Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade actively in Tuesday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker reflect movements during regular trading hours; premarket trading is specified separately.

Allergan PLC -- Up 31% premarket: AbbVie Inc. has reached a deal to buy Allergan for about $63 billion. The takeover is worth about $188 a share in cash and stock, the companies said in a statement. AbbVie shares fell 9% premarket.

FedEx Corp. -- Down 0.6% premarket: The company, after botching some deliveries for Huawei Technologies, filed a lawsuit late Monday to stop the U.S. government from requiring the package giant to enforce a crackdown on the Chinese telecommunications gear maker.

Tesla Inc. -- Up 0.2% premarket: The electric-vehicle maker was granted a waiver on 10% tariffs on aluminum imported from Japan, Reuters reported Monday.

Marathon Oil Corp. -- Down 0.6% premarket: Shares of energy companies will be in focus, a day after the sector was among the biggest decliners in the S&P 500, shedding nearly 1%.

FactSet Research Systems Inc. -- Up 1.3% premarket: FactSet Research Systems narrowed its revenue guidance and raised its earnings estimates for the 2019 fiscal year.

Kellogg Co. -- Down 0.5% premarket: Consumer Edge Research cut its rating of Kellogg stock to underweight from equal-wright.

Lennar Corp. -- Up 3.6% premarket: The home builder reported fiscal second-quarter profit and revenue that beat expectations.
