ALYI Could Be Quietly Sitting On $7 Million In Patented Lithium Technology

02/10/2017 2:50pm

InvestorsHub NewsWire

New York, NY – October 2, 2017 – Alternet Systems, Inc. (USOTC: ALYI) recently announced a new business direction heading into the burgeoning lithium technology sector ignited by Elon Musk, Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) and their new Gigafactory.  ALYI’s direction shift into the lithium sector comes by way of an acquisition.  ALYI has acquired a company called Lithium IP Holdings that owns a portfolio of patented lithium technologies.  The Company reports to be working to update its financial reporting following the July acquisition of Lithium IP Holdings and is probably laying low on announcing too much before getting all its reporting current.  However, back in the first quarter of this year, Lithium Exploration Group (USOTC: LEXG) announced a pending $1.2 million contract with a company called Lithium IP Holdings.  Could it be the same Lithium IP Holdings acquired by ALYI?  LEXG subsequently announced engaging a third-party analyst to evaluate Lithium IP Holdings’ pending acquisition of a portfolio of patented lithium technologies.  That certainly sounds like the Lithium IP Holdings that ALYI is talking about.  The third-party evaluation estimated that the technology Lithium IP Holdings was looking to acquire had some $5 million to $7 million in research behind it and that the technology could hold a solution to lithium battery overcharging issues as seen in Samsung’s Galaxy 7.

ALYI is one to research and keep an eye on.  Is ALYI’s Lithium IP Holdings the same Lithium IP Holdings LEXG had evaluated?  Is LEXG and ALYI in a working contract through Lithium IP Holdings.  Where did Lithium IP Holdings acquire its patented lithium technology portfolio.  ALYI could very well be one to accumulate now pending some big announcments coming once it get’s current.
