Here’s a quick look at the Top 5 cryptocurrencies and how much they’ve lost so far: 1 – Bitcoin (BTC) Bitcoin takes the spot of the Top 5 cryptos with the most losses. Bitcoin is the largest and most popular cryptocurrency in the world. In November of last year, BTC surpassed a market capitalization of $1.27 trillion when one unit reached a price of $69,000, an all-time high. As of this writing, the price of Bitcoin hovers around $20,000. This year, it has lost 57.23 percent of its value.
