(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor Plus) - Roma, 07 gen - Dentons e Koinè società tra avvocati S.r.l. hanno assistito Aleramo S.r.l., società di progetto del gruppo Fabbrica Energie Rinnovabili Alternative, nella negoziazione e firma di un PPA (power purchase agreement) quinquennale con Edison. Lo comunicano gli studi. Il PPA, di durata quinquennale, prosegue la nota, prevede la vendita a Edison di tutta l'energia e le garanzie di origine prodotte da un parco eolico di 20 MW sito in provincia di Savona, Liguria. Il parco eolico, già in esercizio, grazie all'intesa raggiunta non usufruirà più del meccanismo di incentivazione previsto per le fonti rinnovabili.
