Resignation of Finance Director

 

The Board of VSA announces that Ms Marcia Manarin, Finance Director and Board Member, has tendered her resignation and will leave her position no later than 11th October 2024 in order to pursue a larger role.

The Board would like to express its thanks to Marcia for her contribution to the Company over the past four and a half years.

The Company has already initiated a search for a suitable replacement.
