18/6/2019 15:11 | Delighted to see the directors fill their boots with shares now that the close period which wasn’t has come to an end. Maybe it’s now in conflict with the buyback. Talking of which, max buyback price today is 108, tomorrow 115 and 119 on thurs (assuming flat close tomorrow). Which means with $9.5m of support to come there is only really tomorrow left to buy stock the company can’t compete for. | dagsteeth
18/6/2019 12:50 | Riviera Mystique: In Cannes, no industry is safe "And the ad tech middlemen? Well, many of them just hope to keep the lights on as the sector deals with bankruptcies, layoffs, heavy debt loads and jittery investors. In Cannes this year, no business or industry feels completely safe." "These are just some of the big challenges confronting major players in media and marketing. Beyond tech platforms, big media giants, ad agencies and consultancies, publishers and ad tech vendors are still fighting to prove that their businesses can be sustainable over the long term while under the shadow of constant layoffs, bankruptcies and fire sales." | sikhthetech

18/6/2019 06:03 | NO BUYBACK was possible yesterday due to Israeli Govt rules. These may apply over next few days because of low closing prices on the 11th and 12th ‘ In previous buyback program the median percentage of total volume was 17% of that daily volume ‘ Date________Close___ ‘ 11/06/2019___83.00__ 12/06/2019___98.00__ 13/06/2019__101.00__ 14/06/2019__115.00__ 17/06/2019__118.00__ 18/06/2019____limits for Today__103.00_108.15 Today it is unlikely to be a buyback ??? | togglebrush

17/6/2019 15:36 | Funny how they thought they had come across something unique for TAP with the IAB certification... sikhthetech17 Jun '19 - 16:20 - 1424 of 1425 Edit 0 1 0 If you had followed the Industry newsflow... TAP is ONE of about 70 companies with the OLD IAB 1.0 certification... IAB 1.0 simply required registration with JICWEBS and audit completed within 6 months... and pay the annual fee The NEW IAB 1.1 came out a couple of months ago...It has higher thresholds for ads.txt (remember that Industry Challenge) and Coalition for Better Ads.. Only a handful of companies are registered for the new IAB 1.1... to become JICWEBS certified: What you need for the newer IAB 1.1 "Where previously companies needed only to be registered with JICWEBS and to complete an audit within six months, it is now a requirement that companies are fully certified under the JICWEBS Digital Trading Standards Group (DTSG) for Brand Safety before they can receive Gold Standard accreditation. New thresholds have also been introduced for support of both ads.txt and the Coalition for Better Ads principles and the ‘Better Ads Standards’. It is now a requirement for both buy-side and sell-side platforms to ensure 90 percent of the traffic they deliver includes a valid ads.txt file. In addition, there is a new criterion to demonstrate a minimum of 99 percent of the domains platforms work with conform to the Coalition for Better Ads standards. Demonstration of how non-compliant inventory is filtered will need to be provided as part of the Gold Standard Certification audit." | sikhthetech
