My 1st post on TAP, a year before the rthm merger and months before TAP admitted to Industry Challenges affecting them, I questioned those Industry Challenges..

After the rthm/TAP merger was announced, I and others warned on this thread about rthm's questionable history...

Now TAP warns that they are affected by Industry wide Challenges AND rthm history is indeed being questioned...

It's nice to have an investment decision proven right so conclusively by events.

Will IFRS 15 affect TAP?

Will any of the recent industry changes affect TAP this forthcoming year - are they challenges or opportunies?

I find it hilarious that the gang believe the only way TAP will be successful is if they manage to get others to ignore me...lol

The success or otherwise of any company is dependant on them, their actions and them seizing opportunities..

It is NOT dependant on persuading newbies and those who can be swayed to ignore certain posters and newsflow and to ONLY read the gang's posts...

1gw,

"STT makes a habit of winding up other posters by implying or stating outright that they're lying, have multiple ids, are part of a "gang" (boiler-room / pump & dump variety) etc"

Rubbish, it's not a wind up...There's lots of evidence....

In terms of TAP/RTHM, everyone should read the company/industry stat/newsflow and form their own opinion...

"I first emailed the following addresses info@taptica.com and ir@taptica.com on 13 Jun at 11:54"

That's handy, so you claim you sent the email on the AGM day and not on Friday.. ;-)

Then why didn't you post it on the day, like Borg did?
why didn't you post your reply during the day on Friday?

Why do you think FBZ & Borg didn't get a reply but you happen to????

Not surprising, the SAME suspects coming out of the woodwork to defend you

EVERYONE should do their own research, EVERYONE should form their own opinion

The abbot, profile created 23rd Jan 2018, just a week or so before the Yume/rthm takeover completed....

That was lucky timing wasn't it? Just when a major event completed and the share price was expected to recover????

Yet seems to know a lot about blnx/rthm 2014 blog days...and goes directly to attack posters who have presented a contrarian view and have been correct for years

So what id were you using pre-rthm Yume takeover??

Lol.In your experience. Which is?

the abbot - the thing to remember is that STT is not an individual, even though every effort is made to give this impression.

STT in my experience is a group of individuals with access to significant computer resources, who cross reference everything and can call up relevant posts from years ago to support, usually, personal criticism. No individual could put in the hours STT does even if remarkably well paid.

Some time ago STT referred to themselves as ‘we’ which let the cat out of the bag.

In my view it and its agenda are so transparent as to be laughable. Having it blocked is simply bliss.

I really don't remember Borg. There was a fair bit of discussion early on but whether that particular aspect was addressed, I don't remember.

1gw, did the issue of any potential future reputational damage due to the Uber lawsuit come up at any point during the AGM?

the abbot - I wouldn't waste your time. STT makes a habit of winding up other posters by implying or stating outright that they're lying, have multiple ids, are part of a "gang" (boiler-room / pump & dump variety) etc. I'm still waiting for him to apologise for repeatedly (and I mean repeatedly) accusing me of being the same poster as brassneck on the LSE board. He does this I think mainly to try to discredit such posters when he feels he can't argue his case, and partly out of frustration just to wind them up.

He appears to find it difficult to believe a company would communicate directly with individual bulletin board posters or that such posters would then faithfully reproduce what they've been told by the company. I think this can only stem from his own difficulty in communicating (as opposed to broadcasting) in general and perhaps specifically failed attempts of his own to communicate with a company he was invested in. He makes a habit of attacking such posters (see his reposting of biffa/loaf's report).

the abbot

so did you email the company Friday afternoon and received a reply swiftly?

Why didn't you post it up before?

Are you aware TAP is Israeli and late Friday is Sabbath????

Are you also aware that the AGM was on Thurs, the PREVIOUS day , so why didn't you post your questions on the BB and someone could have asked at the AGM??? - just like posters have done for previous AGMs?
