STV Group plc Director shareholding 17 March 2023 LEI: 21380075GOOTTBDNDJ58 The following share awards were granted today, 17 March 2023, at a price of 252 pence per ordinary share (the closing share price on 16 March 2023): 2023 Long-term Incentive Plan A total of 609,473 conditional nil cost share awards of 50p each were granted under the STV Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). This plan was approved by shareholders on 29 April 2021.
