Fundraise information The Company has been admitted to the Access segment of AQSE and the commencement of trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares follows a successful subscription and placing by Oberon Capital for a total of 55,945,000 Ordinary Shares at 5p per ordinary share, raising gross proceeds of c.£2.8 million (before expenses). With the addition of a pre-IPO fundraise of £2.4 million, the Company has raised a total of approximately £5.2 million.
