Copper Plays priced right for the coming rally
Snapshot: BOB CHD CUU NOC NOM PBX PCR

Get a load of this - an informed source tells me copper is set up to run again.

It took 10-15 years for China to use up all the copper in the world. It will take at least 10 years for that supply to get back on line. The supply side is worse than oil. Not too many large copper mines on line out there to produce soon.

Here are some copper plays to watch: CUU, PCR, NOC, NOM, BOB, PBX, CHD

Sprott has a very highly regarded analyst that follows molybdenum, and it is my understanding that this individual has taken a very close look at the merits of PBX's Copaquire copper-moly Porphyry.

msuderman,
I think the hold up right now is the financing. It was expanded to let some brokers at Union Securities in. The company, I'm told, hated to give up the extra 500,000 shares, but deemed it prudent to get Union on board.
My broker raised $45,000 from his clients.

As of now, some people can still sell their shares into the market and then use the cash to buy shares at $.30. The price is holding up pretty well under the circumstances, IMO.

I wish the financing would close and our shares would start going up. But I have to wait. Things are coming together.

SUBJECT: This is very cheap Posted By: owleyes
Post Time: 10/28/04 11:33

Can't believe this is so cheap with the copper and moly properties they have. The gold and the rest is really just a bonus in my book.
I bought this week and will try to hold for a really big win.

Here's to the $2 prediction by Xmas (I read that on this board by someone). Is this realistic? Even if not I think much more than that is possible given more time.

Cheers, Owl

Post Time: 11/3/04 13:58

I am starting to feel very confident this thing is going to pop again any day. Canaccord is cleaning up and taking out all the offers today and I really like when i see these guys involved and soaking up on the buy side. we have consolidated enough here for the past two weeks and everything here technically could not look any better. Lets hope we really are in for a JV and a copper producing property in the not too distant future.
Still undervalued, if they have what I think they have

543215, I really think the copper property is on the back burner right now. The real action surrounds Copaquire and Tiera de Oro. The money now being raised is for drill programs on those two.
Company representatives went to Toronto last week and presented this to many analysts to rave reviews.

Another company, Adanac Gold, just changed its name to Adanac Molybdenum and optioned a moly property in Nevada. The PR said moly is now up to $21 per pound.

This price increases the potential at Copaquire tremendously.

The Tiera de Oro could host a multi-million ounce gold deposit, we'll have to see.

If this company has any problem, it is that it has too many good properties.

I think a much higher price awaits us as soon as the financing is closed.

I got together with about a dozen other goldbugs in Toronto a few days ago for a regular informal meeting and was surprised to see the roadshow for PBX join us, and they did a full presentation on the company. I have not bought in yet, but I think I will, as I was impressed with the property base, but I am more impressed with the commitment from management to maintain shareholders interests. I am impressed with strong share structure of the company, and the discplined approach to prevent the exessive dilution that so many other juniors have subjected their shareholders to. No doubt additional financing will have to be raised soon, but if they are successful on the next round of drilling they can do so at a much higher share price.
Cheers!

Exactly...
We need results or news of a JV/PP. We need to see they can proceed and let the stock value itself. Right now, we are floating. Not bad, but not good. I thougth we were going into production or something siwaro?? It seems like everything is always 2 weeks away. I am flashing back... and its not pink elephants.

i talked to Heather yesterday, apparently the Co. regards it as trivial and basically an oversight, according to Heather the company gets the fact that the best properties in the world will only carry a company so far and sooner or later you have to drill or get off the pot.
again according to IR a drill rig has been secured and we will have a drill program first thing in the year, maybe 2 programs very soon.

i bought in a month ago because of the fine property PF,i see a company positioning itself to make tremendous gains in '05.the financing is very very close to being closed.
