Directorship changes

Morgan Sindall Group plc (the 'Company') today announces that Steve Crummett, Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Company on 31 December 2024.

The Board also announces that following a search process, Kelly Gangotra, currently Chief Financial Officer, Healthcare Sector at Halma plc and previously Chief Financial Officer of Skanska UK, has been selected to succeed Steve as Finance Director.

Kelly will be appointed as Finance Director and become a member of the Board on a date to be agreed, expected to be around the third quarter of 2024, when Steve will step down from both roles. This will then allow for a period of transition until Steve retires from the Company at the end of the year.

Prior to Halma, Kelly spent a decade with Skanska Plc in the UK where she was firstly Finance Director from 2012 to 2015 and then CFO and Executive Vice President between 2015 and 2022. She has also held senior finance roles at Alliance Medical and Biffa Waste Services.
