02/5/2024 08:22 | robert - what does 'self congratulation' even mean? I'm just noting the facts. A 'rescue' fundraise is just that: a modest amount meant to keep the lights on for another year or fund working capital around an order, etc., or a massive-raise-relati | echoridge
02/5/2024 08:17 | In fact, it looks like they UPSIZED the institutional side of the offering as well. This looks more and more like the share price could rally nicely from these levels. | echoridge
02/5/2024 08:17 | Self congratulation again. This is a rescue fundraising by a last resort investor dressed up as a strategic investment. Having trawled the globe for investment this is the best you can deliver | robertspc1
02/5/2024 08:15 | I imagine the "market" is only looking at the discount being applied to the fund raising rather than the opportunity afforded to the company. I'm sure the realisation will sink in in due course, hopefully shortly. | vatnabrekk
02/5/2024 08:13 | I take full responsibility for my investment decisions. Equally I will point out where I think management have continually destroyed shareholder value. This lot have excelled at that and little else | robertspc1
02/5/2024 08:12 | Surely you. Meant decimated ..Iike the share price here ..it's the stark fact that they are having to take stakes in.batteries to conclude sales that's most concerning need confidence that orders can be achieved without this or this is a dead duck . | megaman2
02/5/2024 08:08 | mega - FTSE and FTSE 250 doing ok, true, smaller caps not so much and that's largely because capital formation for anything below several hundred million market cap is something of a wasteland (yes, desiccated. a bit flowery, but accurate). IES being able to raise this quantum of funds is sadly, pretty damned unusual. Like it or not, the company have pulled off something pretty impressive. Let's hope they can capitalise on it. | echoridge
02/5/2024 08:07 | 23s on the bid as expected..zilch brst have something big up.his sleeve here asap he shouldn't be congratulated for this huge dilution unless significant orders materialise asap and not the subsidised lodes ones. Or this can is just being kicked down the road | megaman2
02/5/2024 08:05 | They didn't force you to take part in these fund raises Robert. You made your own choice whether to back them. You could quite easily sold if you didn't believe they were progressing as you thought. Take some responsibility for your actions lol | smackeraim
02/5/2024 08:05 | My returns have certainly dried up here | gbcol
02/5/2024 08:05 | Singing your own praises Joe? What about all the investors you duped to put money in at much higher prices over the last few years. Oh I suppose that doesn't matter as it's not your money | robertspc1
02/5/2024 08:04 | FTSE at all time high ..UK desiccated?? It's not coconut ...😂😂 | megaman2
02/5/2024 08:00 | So do you think.its good they have raised £18 mill to buy stakes in their own batteries because they can't sell them ? Love to hear your opinion on that ...thats what I'm.questioning here | megaman2
02/5/2024 07:59 | Because I have participated in all their earlier fundraising at much higher prices. Management continues to destroy shareholder value and they now have even more of someone else's money to lose. | robertspc1
02/5/2024 07:56 | Pre "making money" then. You know what I mean, this is AIM and it needed access to capital. | smackeraim
02/5/2024 07:52 | The price dropped for weeks down to the placement price use your noddle..pre-revenue ? What nonsense 21.6 mill last year..no idea, huge discount to 32 p evdura paid a couple of months back as already stated you are talking rubbish The transformation here is more akin to buffalo bills in silence of the lambs and the shareholders have supplied different skin parts.despite all the pain and skimming he died in the end ... | megaman2
02/5/2024 07:44 | "56 mill how is 23 p a good price"in this market, a pre revenue company raised its whole market cap at a tiny discount ?Not really sure what you expected! | smackeraim
02/5/2024 07:39 | I really hope so | megaman2
02/5/2024 07:38 | I don't think you will be able to buy at 23p this morning. The open offer will likely be taken up in full as you will be able to flip them at a higher price almost immediately. The big deal is done which is what would have put a floor under the share price. The only way now is up. | indiestu
02/5/2024 07:20 | Placing oversubscribed which is great for all the new shareholders. Long term holders absolutely shafted again. Open offer take up will be very limited i suspect, especially if the shares hit 20p which I think they will | robertspc1
02/5/2024 07:13 | Not when we can all buy at 23s...sp now stuck at 23. Where can the share price go now with c 450mill shares in issue 130% dilution..last year it did get to c £100 mill mkt cap that's equivalent to c 23 p now ... The sales team can relax now they have at least another year on a jolly standing at conventions handing out leaflets ... | megaman2
02/5/2024 07:05 | Well that's a relief. Oversubscribed. Sentiment seems very down trodden but those in the know have put up the readies. Looking good for a massive rally today. 75% by close. Good luck all. | indiestu |
