Confirmation of Directorate Change at AGM

Hill & Smith PLC ("the Company") confirms that as described in the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts, Annette Kelleher, Non-executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Remuneration Committee did not seek re-election as a director at the AGM held on 25 May 2023 and therefore stood down from the Board on that date.

The Company additionally confirms that Tony Quinlan, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has formally assumed the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
