Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company') advises that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will be held electronically on https://web.lumiagm.com on 20 June 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The Company will be operating an electronic voting system that will allow Shareholders to cast their vote on the Resolutions in advance of the Annual General Meeting.
