                      FURTHER RE: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Virotec International Ltd (ASX/AIM: VTI) provides further information to the
announcement of 15 December 2003 regarding the appointment of Mr Neil Bardach as
a non-executive director of Virotec.

Mr Bardach is currently a partner of Clapboard Hills Partners, a US investment
partnership and, until 31 December 2003, he was also a limited partner of
