Director's Shareholding
Desire Petroleum announces that it has today granted 2,500,000 options to Phipps
& Company Limited to subscribe for ordinary shares at 8p per share. Stephen
Phipps, a non-executive director of Desire Petroleum, is interested in the grant
of options as a consequence of his interest in Phipps & Company Limited.
Following the grant of these options, Stephen Phipps is interested in 2,750,000
options to subscribe for ordinary shares.
The Directors of Desire Petroleum, having consulted with the Company's nominated
adviser, Seymour Pierce Limited, consider the terms of the options to be fair
and reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned.
