Alien Metals Completes Joint Venture Transaction for Elizabeth Hill Silver Project

 

Alien Metals Limited (LSE:UFO) has entered a joint venture agreement with Errawarra Resources Ltd for the Elizabeth Hill Silver Project in Western Australia. Under the deal, Errawarra acquires a 70% interest and will manage and finance the project, including a planned A$3 million capital raise to fund drilling activities. Alien Metals retains a 30% stake and will receive approximately A$2.5 million in total consideration, boosting its working capital and enabling further development of its other assets. This partnership strengthens Alien’s exposure to potential upside in the silver project while supporting its broader mining portfolio.
