Wonder why they got rid of the Social Media Girl in March? All gone a little bit quiet. Something brewing. Otherwise, what are the waiting for?Corporate Due Dilligence being completed?Have been very patient, so what's another 6 - 18 months.

That looks right for the issued shares. On top of that there are the unissued shares needed for the share options for directors and employees if the share price hits the specified prices.

Simply Wall Street indicates that Private Investors hold 24.8% (96,187,256 shares)
Institutions 54.1% (209,312,244 shares)

Some of these figures though recent do not have a date attached so there may be small differences.

This was last year,, I was there.

The Company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 19 June 2023 at Tuition House, 27-37 St George’s Road, London, SW19 4EU.

May be we don't need an office anymore?

It's a word, and it might fit, but seems odd.

The Social Media hire might well have put plans back unless they can transfer someone else to the role.

For the hire to leave in the month of "launch" is unforgivable.

I remember commenting at the time that the CV was a strong no no.

Which makes you wonder what on earth is going on at the company.

That or it was cost cutting prior to the billion £ sale.
