Wonder why they got rid of the Social Media Girl in March? All gone a little bit quiet. Something brewing. Otherwise, what are the waiting for?Corporate Due Dilligence being completed?Have been very patient, so what's another 6 - 18 months.

That looks right for the issued shares. On top of that there are the unissued shares needed for the share options for directors and employees if the share price hits the specified prices.

Interesting numbers
So those named institutional investors hold around 1/3rd of the company im guessing directors + insiders another 1/3rd

I can't imagine how you could possibly think that Sumit is anything less than the right man at the right time. We are extremely fortunate to have him on board..... without question.

Did the appointment of Sumit spell the end of the Era of Buffoonery?

Or did Sumit merely usher in a new Era of Buffoonery?

I know I was always invited to the Telegram groups etc. I always declined.

If you are confident in your investment you do not need any outside advice..

Wonder who has more BIRD held?

PI or institutions?

As a PI I want my bit.

To be a bee on the wall of The Wimbeledon offices.

Hang on WTF.

AGM soon?

This was last year,, I was there.

The Company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 19 June 2023 at Tuition House, 27-37 St George’s Road, London, SW19 4EU.

May be we don't need an office anymore?

Can't be going bust as we have loads of cash.

It's a word, and it might fit, but seems odd.

The Social Media hire might well have put plans back unless they can transfer someone else to the role.

For the hire to leave in the month of "launch" is unforgivable.

Bonio.

Didn’t notice.

Just Googled it.

They might have meant it.

NickB.

What’s it mean?

Performant up to four times faster than before. Loading times for larger projects, seek performance and timeline control on the trackpad just got faster and smoother.

elevate.io uses continuous iteration cycles so you don’t need to wait for the next version as the platform seamlessly updates all the time, leaving you to concentrate on content creation.

Continuous improvements to give you total freedom.

Really?

I remember commenting at the time that the CV was a strong no no.

Which makes you wonder what on earth is going on at the company.

That or it was cost cutting prior to the billion £ sale.

"Is the social media hire still with the company?"

Nope - looks like she left in March.
