I suspect if you have enough money you can do pretty much as you please in this climate. |
It's purely supply and demand., but over what time frames. Can a buyer request a large purchase at an average price over a long period (months) with the agreement of the seller?
For instance if someone wants to a take a 5% stake, the transaction to be completed on a specific date without having to notify the market until completion, can that be done gradually so as not to distort the market? |
It's purely supply and demand.
The fund that is selling has little choice. Their units are being sold in the market for a variety of reasons nothing to do with Blackbird, and the fund has to offload any of the shares it owns to pay out the redemptions. They are probably selling bits and pieces across the board. The price they are getting for Blackbird would be even lower had there not been a few buyers around to take up the slack. Come launch of the paying version, the price will start to rise. The fund may continue to sell but, more likely, it will switch to selling other fund components.
Patience. |
Who is the buyer? Is this controlled selling leading to a major RNS, maybe near launch, from a buyer on completion of the purchase. |
Missed that 500,000 sell If it’s a fund manager selling why can’t our broker help place shares without the heavy depression in the market? |
Yes Cyberhub, as Blackbird's progress becomes clearer and clearer, the share price must surely increase. |
Almost all the trades today and yesterday were buys, so I was fully expecting a 500-750k delayed sell today. At least it's a sell at 4.75 unlike the last one at 4.5p...We will start to see more buying volume over the next couple of weeks I think, as the launch nears... Hopefully will be enough to overcome the last of the seller, touch wood... |
Yet another large share sale declared after hours within a few weeks of launch!
It feels ironic that the large investor or investors who keep on their relentless selling of Blackbird shares, are consistently holding the share price down. Their selling, and it's negative effect on the share price, at a time of low buying interest due to lack of news, seems to guarantee that they achieve a lower and lower price in their share sales. Heaven help their customers who rely on their "expertise"!
Maybe they have to sell shares due to their investors having little confidence in the investment company's investment judgement. Maybe they just don't focus sufficient effort on understanding the amazing future potential of Blackbird.
I look forward to the time when Blackbird's positive prospects are totally clear, and the share price reflects this. |
Hyper. Happy Cowboy Boot Friday Not sure who came up with it about 50 years ago but the idea behind it was that everyone would meet up in Vegas after they had made a fortune on Bird. 😕😁 I could be totally wrong 😊 |
If there are any scared "BIRD" holders.
"THE BIRD GUILD" is open for new applications.

I predict a lot of new innovations will come with monetisation for creators The big boys of distribution are taking advantage of the middle ground of the creator community
Our Player was supposed to address this but we have yet to understand how |
This an other similar sites are where creatives can sell "decent" content D2C
Supporting creators to monetize and distribute their media content without listing dependencies or platform constraints |
A stock to stock merger is when the buyer pays in shares or shares and cash. Only cash would be exposed to CGT. The new shares received inherit the cost of the old shares. |
