27/6/2026 10:35:46 | More on that collaboration - great to see the ROLLA project IS BEING FUNDED BY THE UK SPACE AGENCY ✅ and is being regarded as a MAJOR project by the UK Government
Flexible, roll-out solar power for satellites - that's what Lightricity, AVS Added Value Solutions and IQE are building together, backed by the UK Space Agency's National Space Innovation Programme (NSIP-2).
The consortium has received £1.9 million under NSIP-2 to develop and qualify an ultra-high efficiency, fully flexible roll-out solar blanket (ROLLA) for in-orbit deployment.
ROLLA combines Lightricity's high-efficiency space solar cell and blanket technology with AVS Added Value Solutions compact roll-out deployment mechanisms and space solar cell epitaxy by IQE — delivering a modular, flexible array capable of providing hundreds of watts up to several kilowatts of power to small satellites and spacecraft.
Compared to current rigid solar panel technologies, ROLLA offers reduced weight and volume, enabling more power-demanding missions and lighter launch weights.
This project demonstrates the strength of UK space collaboration, and we look forward to continuing our work with AVS Added Value Solutions & IQE as development progresses into the next phase.

26/6/2026 13:25:51 | Apple price rises only relevant to IQE as they may sell less units with higher pricing which would be a negative. It’s the memory stocks that will do well off this news as that’s where the price rises have come from. | crosswires

25/6/2026 17:53:33 | Always the same, the US sniffs and the UK catches a cold! I wish I'd been invested 100% in US equities over the last 25 years rather than in the fickle UK market, although it's done Ok over the last 6 years I suppose. | bountyhunter
25/6/2026 16:39:19 | Considering the carnage in photonics IQE held up very well today, a good sign that it’s not viewed as one of those “exponential8221; based on hope that crazy laser revenues come in two years type stocks like Sive.
Richard G has obviously decided that the major re rate has occurred and he doesn’t want to hold as much for the long term and maybe thinks the summer market will be choppy as it’s all so overvalued at the moment, probably sound rationale.
I’d rather stick to my guns and wait for the year end, on balance I can only see us being higher, even if there is a correction on back of the macro economic situation I don’t see us being any lower at eoy. If there is no such correction then I still believe we will be at yearly highs. | crosswires

25/6/2026 12:32:46 | I have just registered with HL to attend the AGM in person on Tuesday. The previous IQE AGM I attended was in 2019 in south wales and it included a tour of the factory. Interesting the share price then was about 52 p and so it’s been an interesting ride both up and down to 7 years later back to 52 p | dockenfieldman
25/6/2026 12:08:38 | bbonsall, I guess it is possible but I wouldn't expect anything other than AGM results unless there is a meaningful financial announcement to make, which is just as likely on any random day than the AGM. I think it is now better to be patient with IQE than to expect the fireworks we had form 5-72p, I don't see that as likely to repeat from here in the same timeframe, in reality it was similar to the 2017 run up from 15p to £1.80 already.
What we can hope for now, is proof of turnaround and revenue growth via LTAs and at September earnings more colour given to 2026 outperformance and 2027 outlook. That's what will drive the shares.
I am more confident than 2017 because they remain undervalued to peers and there are more strings to IQE bow that will only intensify for the next 2-3 years but I don't think it will double in the next two months from here.
My price target remains £1 by eoy.
Edit: Dockenfield, why "tempted" just ask it! I routinely send five questions at every opportunity and most are answered either directly or via duplication. | crosswires
25/6/2026 12:07:12 | Is anyone sending questions to the AGM as one potential question I would be tempted to ask is:
“What are the key milestones that management believes shareholders should look for over the next 12–24 months to demonstrate that IQE has moved from a turnaround story to a sustainably profitable growth business?” | dockenfieldman
