Let’s leave it. I don’t like arguing and there’s enough on here always spoiling for a fight.

You did make a fair point that it went to 9p when many others just couldn't accept that being the case. Not sure there was any great thought behind that number but it still happened. Seems a very polarised board but that seems to be common these days.

Thanks Fandagle. Warning heeded.

Ps. I lived in Bahrain for 3 years.

Tony. The break you’ve requested is approved. I can see you need some time off. Come back refreshed.

"If Gaza returns to relative peace some of my trader friends are predicting WTI under $70. Are we entering a new engrained bear market for oil with $60 more the norm?"

my trader friends - give me a break - the white coats are coming for you Andy.

I still do some consultancy work in the Middle East, Oman & the Emirates, they are gearing up for a recession next year, they are planning their shutdowns at this time when the gas prices are at their lowest! The recessions are cyclic and they are due early next year’ Given there is no hedging here I3E will be operating at a loss early next year! Hardly sustainable

Joesoap kindly pointed out on the LSE Forum that the 2023 Annual Information Form (AIF) is available on the i3e website.

Within the report:

"As at December 31, 2023, i3 Energy’s UK operations had one full-time employee, three part-time employees and two consultants/contract operators...."

A little different from Fanny's 20-25 employees and fleet of 15 cars !

..as I had said previously, Aberdonian is here to continue his stirring and has found a fickle friend in Fandangle who he bigs up his desperately needed credence. Playing together but of no use to anybody else on this forum with nothing to contribute of any use to serious investors

Fanny didnt call 9p two years ago for a start - he's picked a number with zero basis or atleast any basis he explained to this BB. He's aslo said that its heading to 5p when it looks liks is already heading back up - is that impressive? The broken clock analogy I would say is quite apt !

"Many of your counter-assertions dont hold water" - It's very easy to talk in generalities like yourself and fanny and then not explain yourself. Please point out which assertions dont hold water - would be happy to hold up my hands or provide you with an explanation.

You may have noticed Fanny's latest post on the "Fundamentals not stacking up" with zero explanation - perhaps you can request him to explain and we all learn something or more likely have a good laugh.

When do you think oil will stop falling? WTI is now $77 and i3’s business plan is based on an average of $82 for the year.

If Gaza returns to relative peace some of my trader friends are predicting WTI under $70. Are we entering a new engrained bear market for oil with $60 more the norm? The so called experts are so sh1t it’s frightening. They were predicting over $100 a few months ago.

I believe Fandagle called 9p (or thereabouts) when it was 23p a year or two ago. Guess what he got it right when you were all deriding him on the way down. Like him or loathe him I’d say that is pretty darn impressive and doesn’t accord with your stopped clock analogy. Many here will be kicking themselves they didn’t listen to him.

I’ve noticed you’re very picky and argumentative but many of your counter-assertions don’t hold water.

I’m happy to wait as I believe it may drift back down again but if I’m wrong I’m wrong.

AberdeenAndy - "You call it correct most of the time"

Fanny has called "9p and going down to 5p" interspersed with a lot of misinformation on "token drilling programs", "20 -25 uk employess" and lots of other nonsense.

Not withstanding that the share price is currently 20% above the 9p level and imo is likely to go significantly higher in the near term.

Can you elaborate on what you think he has got "correct most of the time". Apart from his obvious misinformation and downright lies - I would classify his share price predictions the broken clock syndrome i.e. even a broken clock is right once a day !

Fanny you lying cretin:

Lie no 1 - "no drilling planned apart from a few token wells".

As per the recent RNS - a significant $50m capex program due to commence in late Q2 i.e. less than 6 weeks away continuing through to the end of the year resulting in 15 gross (10.5 net) wells including 2 high impact Montney wells. The previous Montney well they drilled in South Montney was ranked the 3rd best well in Alberta in 2022 with P30 rates in excess of 1200 boepd.

Lie no 2 - "I dont see where the incentives to buy"

i3e hinted at a further non core asset sales in the near future

Lie no 3 "Its all negative here"

i3e stated that they traded at 55% of PDP compared to peers that traded at 100% and that they expected to close this discount with continued execution. They also stated that they have the strongest balance sheet in their history (no debt)

Lie no 4 "Serenity & Tain Dragging this down"

i3e stated not capex to be spent in 2024 on these projects

Lie no 5 "Oil & Gas Heading Down"

Oil has fallen off slightly in the last week but still sitting at a very robust $78 with many analysts predicting higher for the year. Although to early to call a reversal on gas prices - AECO has been heading up over the last week with just about all analysts predicting significantly higher prices in H2. Dicounts on WCS and Edmonton Light have also narrowed since the Trans Mountain Pipeline has come on stream meaning higher realized prices for producers. i3e also stated that line fill on the LNG Canada facility is complete i.e. gearing up for LNG shipments in 2024.

oh my sides what a lying dirt bag you are !
