Minoan Group Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 30 April 2024 at the offices of WH Ireland Limited, 24 Martin Lane, London, EC4R 0DR.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available on the Company's website from today and will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive hard copy communications from the Company.

The Company intends to publish its financial results for the year to 31 October 2023 prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Boliviana it is self evident that the Monks have no desire to sign anything that is self evident from the record here.The Agm is next week and then we have the Greek Orthodox Easter hits on May 6 when everthing grinds to a halt.

The monks don’t want to sign, can’t sign, aren’t going to sign, whatever it is but they haven’t signed. The bulls, believers or those listening to Egleton keep faith but the share price may be off the all time low but still in pits and we have another sell I see.
