Seller has probably instructed market makers so shares already sold by seller. Would have thought they have a bottom price to sell at so you could be ok once they have all gone.

I think they are referring to the CPX case against Maxwell/Tesla. Tesla currently have outstanding against CPX

They are due to be taken out so will not matter much regarding the years

As of 21st March RNS it said the Tesla case was settled.

From today:

' The Board considers that, apart from the final settlement of legal costs associated with the Maxwell/Tesla litigation, which it does not consider material, the only remaining payments for legal costs will be normal ongoing corporate legal expenses, including, for example, those associated with applications for patents.'

Sorry but can’t see them surviving another 2 years they still have the Tesla infringement case to defend.
