Came across this investment by Brian McMaster, I don't know anything about CPH but a 30% interest rate on a secured loan seems quite high, I wonder what other companies he provides loans to?

Did they forget to publish this RNS earlier last year? (Would have been more relevant in q3 2022, given iron ore prices are up bigly now & they've lost a whole year not getting project financing for their "high irr" project). Are management dozing again?
