Time for @jangadamines to set sail?"...With the full Study incorporating the Project's titanium component on the horizon, and the prospect thereafter of a detailed roadmap to production, this may be the right time to take a position in #JAN..."https://total-market-solutions.com/2022/09/jangada-mines-plc-4/

The total assignment of rights to VTF Mineração Ltda for another tenement in Ceara state has now been registered (effective). This ones listed has 'nickel ore' as the research substance and the previous owner was Grb Grafite do Brasil Mineração Ltda, a company 99.99% owned by Luis Mauricio Ferraiuoli de Azevedo.
The current research was due to expire 24/08/2023 but has been extended to 30/09/2024 in line with Covid resolution 76/2021.
If you have access it's process 800.268/2019.

No doubt it was a hard sell and Mr Azevedo will be handsomely rewarded for his efforts.
The transfer was effective 30/08/2022 so obviously Jamgada have not had much time to RNS the news of this wonderful addition to their growing list of world class assets. Lol

The Pitombeiras research permit expires 11/11/2022 so they have just over 4 months to submit a positive FER (Final Exploration Report), if not that's it. If they do submit and the FER is approved the clock is ticking to a FML (Full Mining Licence), they could then request a delay in the approval of the FER?
They could submit a partial report and request a 2 year extension research permit, but that's a risk?
They could simply transfer the rights to another Brazilian company who could, like VTF Mineracao Ltda did, request a 3 year research permit?
Hummmm, do they know or have another Brazilian company, errmmm, wait a minute what about MN Mineracao Ltda?

Lot's of options until funding then? LOL

All IMHO of course!

Indeed. When you get a theoretical 100%+ IRR but they vacillate about going into production, something does indeed smell, despite the protestations of the CEO on a Proactive interview.

Something doesn't feel right here.Has all the hallmarks of companies on aim who spend 20 years drilling and exploring whilst their ceo's enjoy luxurious lifestyles....and then out of the blue the plug is pulled.
