Hope they hold off selling more as Valore looks excellent.

Stepped aboard via the placing.Possibly momentum trap, but that seems to be a frequent Stocko comment about a share with an upward spike!

Warrants for Brandon Hill only.

Announcement seems a bit vague on what the placing money is for given they said they were fully funded before today's raise...Also disappointing to see them give warrants also given the strength of the news & share price strength. Seems sloppy. Regards

Looks normal to QS99 ... on AIM wherever you see a big spike there is always a period of consolidation and a drop back.

IMHO

ODR Sorry chap replied elsewhere, usually this thread is very quiet, expect it will be again after awhile as traders take profits, then the next burst comes.

All good.

... Or they may strike an offtake agreement, or fund initial pre-production capex with debt, given the extremely robust economics. Lots of options, I think.

... Actually, just noticed they sold shares in ValOre in August to fund the Vanadium project so may do the same again here.

Divmad .. no need for the sarcasm, I recognise the value and not even sure it's that hidden. And I never mentioned being doomed here, just that a cash call is possible and I provided good reasoning in my post.

I guess you are already well in the blue so can take a different stance and view.

However having been hit twice in 3 months with 20%+ discounted placings from AIM resource stocks at a similar stage and with funding. So I'd be stupid not to learn from the same and at least consider.

On balance, I'm going to hold fire.

If I'm wrong and it runs away then hey ho and all the best.

ODR

Yep, we're all doomed here to be PIs taken for a ride by yet another chancing AIM bod wanting placing cash. You'd better stay well clear ODRs. Or you may take the longer view in this illiquid share and recognise the incredible hidden value and stick with it for a genuine multi bagger.

Probably more value on keeping them IMO but they can do offtakes etc, but wouldn't rule out some equity

From LSE ..

16.5m Valore shares (as per yesterday’s RNS) at current c$0.385 = £3,747,975.

Would they consider selling to fund ongoing activities is the question thou

What's the value of their stake in Valore?

Rigger

What is the cash sitution here ?

January statement suggests enough for the PEA so they might be looking to raise now to take advantage of higher price

"Finally, I would like to highlight that Jangada is fully funded to execute the current drilling programme, along with associated project development activities, through to the completion of the PEA."

Might be some hesitation from newbies on that basis

Glad I bought a few under 9p.....

the battery angle here for Vanadium is really interesting no? With the NPV on these few holes alone worth multiples of the SP, then further drilling could add multiples again?

DYOR, but next stop is to find out how "available" this resource is in the world vs demand.....

In for the long haul here....

Cheers
