Directors' Notification in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11
The Company announces that Lord Rothermere will replace Kevin Beatty on its board as one of the Non-Executive Directors nominated by the Daily Mail and General Trust Plc ("DMGT") pursuant to its relationship agreement entered into at the time of the Company's initial public offering. The appointment and replacement shall take effect from 1 January 2018.
Lord Rothermere is the chairman of DMGT. He was a director of Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc until 21 November 2017.
There are no other directorships or disclosures required to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
