Annual Report 2016 and Notice of AGM

ZincOx (AIM:ZOX) today announces that, following the release of the Company's audited Final Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2016 on 30 March 2017, the full Annual Report and Notice of AGM is available to view on the website at www.zincox.com.

In accordance with Aim Rule 20, the Proxy Card and Annual Report and Accounts, which contains the Notice of AGM for the 2017 Annual General Meeting, will be mailed to shareholders today. It should be noted that online voting will be available from today, 13 April 2017.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12.30pm on Friday, 16 June 2017 at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.
