Annual Report & Accounts 2016 and Notice of AGM
The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2016. The following documents have been mailed today, Tuesday, 14 March 2017, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:

The Annual Report & Accounts 2016 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
Vitec's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday, 17 May 2017 at The Academy of Medical Sciences, 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH.
