Investment Manager Shareholding
Further to the Company's announcement of 3 October 2016, which confirmed that Vietnam Holding Asset Management Limited ("VNHAM"), the Company's Investment Manager, intended to undertake further transfers of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by VNHAM to certain VNHAM employees and directors and, in accordance with the terms of Company's Investment Management Agreement (as amended), to certain of the VNH directors, the Company announces that it has today been notified that, on 12 October 2016, VNHAM transferred, for nil consideration, a total of 118,135 Ordinary Shares to certain VNHAM employees and directors. No further transfers have been made to any of the VNH directors at this stage.
As a result, VNHAM now holds a total of 532,455 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.97% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
