Director/PDMR Shareholding

VNH announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 18 August 2016 which provided details of the issue of 631,684 ordinary shares of US$1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Vietnam Holding Asset Management Limited ("VNHAM"), the Company's Investment Manager, the Company has today been notified that on 5 May 2017, VNHAM completed the transfer of a total of 16,452 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration and, in accordance with the terms of Company's Investment Management Agreement (as amended), to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh (the "Ordinary Share Transfer").

The Ordinary Share Transfer included the transfer of Ordinary Shares to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh as follows:
