Acquisition of Treasury Shares
VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 17 February 2017, it purchased 130,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.14 per share.
Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 54,916,148 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,490,956 Treasury Shares.
