Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today informed by Paul Johnson that he acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.95 pence each on 24 May 2017.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Paul Johnson and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 9,502,649 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.55 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
