Change in ISIN and SEDOL

Following ThinkSmart Limited's delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX"), the Company's existing ISIN and SEDOL will change on the 6 December 2016.

From 8am on the 6 December 2016, the Company's new ISIN will be AU000XINEAE8 and the Company's new SEDOL will be BYWVLS3.

Trades actioned on the 5 December 2016 under the ISIN AU000000TSM0 will be automatically transformed to the new ISIN.

Following this change in ISIN and SEDOL, ThinkSmart shareholders are required to take no further action.
