Transfer of loans to GLI Alternative Finance plc
The board of GLI announces that, on 8 October 2015, the Company transferred certain loans to GLI Alternative Finance plc for a total cash consideration of GBP5,925,000. GLI and Sancus Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, transferred, pursuant to this transaction, loans valued at GBP4,675,000 and GBP1,250,000 respectively.
