St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") has been notified that, on 14(th) July 2016, 12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company were transferred, pursuant to a grant of probate, from the estate of Lady Hilda Clarke (deceased) to Simon Clarke, a non-executive director and PDMR, and Jane Gerard-Pearse to hold jointly on behalf of Simon Clarke's daughter, a minor and a person closely associated with him. Consequently, the number of ordinary shares held by Simon Clarke and those persons closely associated with him has increased by 12,500 shares to 3,225,157 shares.
