The Board of SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company" or "SQN"), the leading diversified equipment leasing fund listed in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Meader as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today (18 August 2017).
Mr Meader is an independent director of investment companies, insurers and investment funds. He was previously Head of Portfolio Management for Canaccord Genuity based in Guernsey, prior to which he was Chief Executive of Corazon Capital. He has over 30 years' experience in financial markets in London, Dublin and Guernsey, holding senior positions in portfolio management and trading. Prior to joining Corazon he was Managing Director of Rothschild's Swiss private banking subsidiary in Guernsey.
Mr Meader is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments and past Chairman of the Guernsey International Business Association.

Mr Meader is a Director of Highbridge Multi-Strategy Fund Limited, Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited, JP Morgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited, Volta Finance Limited, ICG Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited and Guaranteed Investments Products 1 PCC Limited. He was previously a Director of Spitfire Funds (Bermuda) Limited. Mr Meader was also an Executive Director of both Corazon Capital Limited and Corazon Capital Group Limited which were placed into voluntary liquidation in 2012.
