Acquisition of Spire Healthcare shares by Peter Bamford

Peter Bamford, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 239.84 pence each today.

Following this announcement Peter Bamford holds a total of 5,000 ordinary shares which are held through an HSBC nominee.
