Director/PDMR Shareholding

ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 15 July 2016, Alan Smith, Chairman of the Company, bought 6,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.50 per share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction Mr. Smith is interested in 18,096 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.045 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
