Why is an all stock purchase bad news.the stok will be moving into investors hands that obviously believe sfx can deliver or they would not have taken stock in exchange..

Additionaly, it makes the company bigger and the stock even more tightly hld..

welshbob.

You might but there's always a fresh stream of new investors ready to take
the bait, think about when you first started using the internet to read about
shares, i know i believed this and that 10 years ago.

If not then there's thousands of people wasting their time every day posting
on these bb's !

Well from my quick reading I claim both RNS is excellent news and I am already excited.

If on top of this shares issued at 0.5p a premium of 35% then that is even better news again, and I am definately buying more.

Its very early stage in the morning and I expect as the day goes along we will have around 100 comments on this thread, as investors start to fill their boots.

I am awaiting comments from other investors about the results today. My take is never reliable, so someone please help me. Have I discovered a gold mine here today or not?.

Its also been my experience that in an absense of contributions from fellow investors, that they concur.
How worrying!
Medication recommendations would be appreciated.

I totally agree, my only concern is the number of shares in issue, does anyone think we should consoldate in order to attract big investors.

Personally 2 billion shares in issues seem to high, if the company wants a turnaround story for screenFX.

I know they'll be a response from some that we lose money when a consoldation happens, but I wouldn't mind knowing what the general feeling was within this thread, if anything gives us something to debate whilst we await the results

Anybody who thinks that this company with all of its agreements, contracts, staff, processes, market position, experience, etc etc etc is only worth one or two million pounds more than the net cash it currently is a serious pessimist or even nihilist.

The company has invested close to £20m in its efforts to build a business and that business today is valued at only £8m.

Pessimism like this creates opportunties for other investors with patience.

At this point I should add that I need 0.78p to break even, anything over that is good news. The news flow would suggest to me that this isn't beyond the realms of possibility. I also believe the product is a good one (as I'm sure do all other investors?) and, that given time, advertising revenue will increase, once the infrastucture is in place, and more importantly, recognised as a valid media to advertise on.

Hence the reason for investing.
