Transaction by Person Closely Associated with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

On, 2 February 2017 Mrs Lucinda Jayne Cowley notified the Company that, on 2 February 2017, she purchased 1000 ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each in the Company at a price of 619.475 pence per share. Mrs Cowley's total holding is now 2,000 shares.
Mrs Cowley is a person closely associated with Steve Hare, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
