Issue of Options

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, announces that the Company has granted a total of 13,866,670 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the RDT 2014 Share Option program to various employees and directors of the Company (the "Options"). The Options are split into three equal tranches and each tranche shall vest evenly over a 3 year period, provided that the Option holder remains an employee or Director of the Group. The options will lapse immediately on resignation. The Options are exercisable at 5.625p pence and will expire on 1(s) September 2027.
