Further to the announcement made by the Company on 2 November 2016, the Company is pleased to announce that 23 million zero dividend preference shares ("ZDP Shares"), issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, Ranger Direct Lending ZDP PLC, are expected to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, at 8.00am today under the ticker "RDLZ".
