Results of AGM
At the AGM held today, 6 July 2017 at 10.30 a.m., all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
The Company is pleased to announce that a final dividend for the year ended 28 February 2017 has been approved by shareholders. Details of the final dividend are as follows:
Dividend per ordinary share - 3 pence
Ex-dividend date - 20 July 2017
Dividend record date - 21 July 2017
Dividend payment date - 7 August 2017
