NOTICE OF AGM AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Dublin and London - April 26, 2017 Providence Resources P.l.c. (PVR LN,
PRP ID), the Irish based Oil and Gas Exploration Company, is today
sending its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2016 ("Annual
Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM
