On 6 and 7 December 2017, Alastair Clayton, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 0.1985 pence per share, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Clayton now holds an interest in 85,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
