Issue of Equity

PTSG, the niche specialist services provider, announces that it has received notification from N+1 Singer of the exercise of the remaining 400,000 Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares, as set out in the Company's AIM admission document. Consequently, the Company has issued 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each at the Placing Price of 52 pence per share.

PTSG also announces that it has issued 476,758 ordinary shares of 1 penny each to the vendor of Acescott Management Services Ltd, the specialist cleaning business acquired in July 2014, in relation to part settlement of initial guaranteed deferred consideration for the acquisition, as set out in the Company's AIM admission document.

In relation to the above, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 876,758 new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 3 February 2017.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following this allotment, the Company's issued share capital consists of 89,279,292 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The figure of 89,279,292 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
