LONDON--Porta Communications PLC (PTCM.LN) shares jumped Monday after the public relations and advertising company said it had won the account to represent Tesco PLC's (TSCO.LN) fashion label F&F.
Porta's consumer PR agency Publicasity will promote F&F in the U.K., Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, through press events and other media engagement.
Porta operates a range of communications companies including Redleaf Communications and marketing and design agency Summit U.K.
Shares at 08:53 GMT were up 10% at 4 pence, valuing the company at GBP12.1 million ($14.7 million).
