Allotment of Shares

The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury. These shares were issued for cash on 15 September 2017 at a price of 209.0p per share. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The Company's called-up share capital is 124,149,256 ordinary shares, of which 1,399,256 are held in Treasury and have no voting rights.

Following this allotment, the new number of ordinary shares in issue that have full voting rights is 122,750,000.

The above figure of 122,750,000 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
