M&L Property & Assets Plc (the "Company" or "Group") 
 
Property Sale 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 3 February 2016, the Group has sold a 
further property at a sales price of EUR255,000 (before deducting all sales 
commission and tax) which is 6.5 per cent below the property's value in the 
accounts.  The funds from this sale have been received in the group's bank 
account.
